Job Description

This role focuses on growing sales,retaining client revenue and relationships,managing complex accounts or territories, identifying customer needs, and contributing to new product bundles and offerings. Responsible for sellingand retaininga portfolio ofBroadridge’s Trading and Connectivitysolutionswithinthe Latin American marketplace

The position typically a sales quota along with a retention bonusand is measured on revenue performance and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within an assigned market segment, channel, or geographic territory.

  • Sell products and services by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to business objectives.

  • Identify and anticipate market trends and client requirements to support the development of new product bundles and offerings.

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the assigned territory or accounts, including planning and resource management.

  • Lead negotiations on product and service terms to achieve commercially sound outcomes.

  • Manage complex sales cycles and account management processes across large or strategic accounts.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, competitor activity, and differentiators that impact sales performance.

  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and supporting their development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant sales or account management experience.

  • Proven experience selling products and services within a specific market segment, territory, or channel.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making and close complex deals.

  • Solid understanding of sales concepts, procedures, and account management practices.

  • Good knowledge of business financials, market dynamics, products, and customer needs.

  • Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on multiple sources of information.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and build consensus.

  • Ability to work independently within broad guidelines while managing priorities, territory plans, and resources effectively.
