About Your Company

Our client is a leading Japanese asset management firm with SFC Type 1 & 4 & 9 licenses anchored by Japan family office, specializing in bridging the capital market between Greater China and Japan across multi asset class investment portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business development and manage client relationships for our Japanese real estate investment products, focusing on property development projects and direct real estate deals.

About your role

• Generate new business opportunities with institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs across Greater China

• Structure and execute real estate investment deals in Japan

• Build and maintain relationships with property developers and real estate partners in Japan

• Develop investment proposals and conduct client presentations

• Work closely with the investment team to identify attractive investment opportunities

• Ensure compliance with SFC regulations and internal risk management protocols

What you will need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience in real estate investment sales or related fields

• Proven track record in raising capital for real estate investments

• Strong network within Asian institutional investors and family offices

• Deep understanding of Japanese real estate market and investment structures

• Native/Business level Japanese and English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus

• SFC Type 1 license required; Type 9 preferred

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or relevant professional qualifications preferred
