Job Description

Work content and requirements:

Job tasks:

  1. Business operation and target management: 1) undertake the overall operating indicators of the branch's high-net worth business, complete the target disassembly and institutional Tracking Review; Carry out business and market analysis, identify opportunities and gaps, and formulate landing promotion strategies; 2) Take the lead in promoting the sales of high-value products, depositing practical cases of high-end business, building replicable methodology, and creating an atmosphere for the development of high-net worth business in branches.
  2. Marketing activities and project operation: 1) build a branch's high-net worth business channel marketing support system, coordinate the overall planning and resource coordination of high-end salons and wealth lectures, and participate in the keynote speaker in key sessions; 2) Promote the qualification and Realization of rights and interests of elite/Senior/senior home office partners, and promote the achievement and landing of high-end business competitions and special high-end business activities of the head office and branches.
  3. Team cultivation and professional empowerment: carry out high-end business training, guidance and empowerment for individual insurance channel teams; Responsible for the development of high-end business coursewares, TTT teaching and training, and improving the ability of internal lecturers; 2) Focus on the training of high-quality new people, cooperate to promote the recruitment project of home run partners, and continue to improve the professional level of high-net worth customers in the channel team.
  4. Support for large orders and insurance fund business: 1) coordinate the support for large orders of high-net worth customers to accompany visits and talks, focusing on promoting the landing of insurance fund trust business; Organize large order discussions, coordinate underwriting communication, follow up the policy process, and improve the efficiency of large order underwriting; 2) Guide business partners to complete the production of wealth planning proposals and the presentation of customer plans.
  5. High customer service system construction: build the branch's high customer standardized service process, covering the whole process of customer operation, and empower the front-line team to standardize the high customer operation.
  6. Internal and external coordination and business reporting: 1) docking with institutional management, participating in business meetings, integrating internal and external resources to promote the development of high-end business; 2) Follow the SOP of the headquarters, do a good job in the docking, business reporting and data submission of the total and sub lines, and participate in relevant discussions and exchanges.
  7. Compliance risk control: implement compliance and anti money laundering related management requirements; Identify business risks and hidden dangers, report them in time and put forward rectification suggestions.
  8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Conditions of employment:

Knowledge/skills/Education

  1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, economics, insurance, financial management and other related fields is preferred.
  2. 5 years or more working experience in the insurance industry, familiar with the operation mode of individual insurance channels;
  3. 3 years or more experience in promoting, training and enabling high-net worth large single business or team management;
  4. Understand the wealth planning logic of high-net worth customers, and be familiar with high-value products such as lifelong life insurance, annuity and insurance trust;
  5. Have the ability of curriculum development and TTT teaching, and can independently complete training and give lectures in Gaoke salon;
  6. Master the practical skills of large order escort, customer KYC, demand mining and scheme presentation;
  7. Have practical experience in insurance trust, home run business and Gaoke salon;
  8. Experience in branch/institutional business management is preferred
