WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Strategic Commercial Leadership

  • Define and execute a 3–5 year China market growth strategy tailored to the laundry industry.
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth segments: Horeca (5-star hotels), Care, Special OPL, and Commercial Laundry.
  • Develop pricing system to ensure the net sales and profit growth.
  • Monitor competitive activities—including pricing, product launches, channel strategies, and promotional campaigns—and formulate timely countermeasures to protect and grow market share.
  • Develop well-grounded marketing and promotion strategies.

2. Sales Operations & Team Management

  • Lead and scale a distributed sales team including Sales, Customer Care, Pre-sales and Distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets for both finished goods and spare parts, deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, and drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Set clear KPIs and implement a performance-based sales commission system to incentivize the team.
  • Elevate the team's overall professional competence, including communication skills, product knowledge, and technical support capabilities.

3. Key Account & Channel Development

  • Reinforce the relationships with Hotel Chains, Associations, Key accounts.
  • Expand and optimize the distributor and service partner network.
  • Oversee strategic partnerships with consultants, interior designers to secure early-stage specifications.

4. Cross-Functional Synergy

  • Collaborate with the Product & R&D teams to ensure accurate and consistent product messaging.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time goods delivery and efficient warehouse management.
  • Work closely with Food Service Team to secure project wins and improve overall success rate.
  • Align with Marketing to create localized case studies and exhibition/seminar/event presence.
  • Partner with Finance to guarantee the integrity of all reporting data and drive sustainable financial health across the P&L.
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Engineering background (Mechanical/Chemical) highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity specifically within the laundry, textile, or related industrial equipment/chemicals sector.
  • Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of laundry industry or operations.
  • Language: Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • Numerical Acumen: Comfortable with complex financial modeling.
  • Resilience: Willingness and ability to travel frequently. Ability to navigate the competitive local landscape, including domestic and international competitors, while maintaining premium brand positioning.
