WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Sales Director, Channel to manage and grow a portfolio of channel partner accounts. This is a quota-carrying role focused on farming existing accounts, strengthening relationships, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partners succeed and expand.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, thinking strategically about account growth, and driving measurable results.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own a portfolio of assigned channel partner accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and identifying whitespace opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver results aligned with partner objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term partnership.
  • Develop account plans, track KPIs, and provide regular performance updates to internal teams.
  • Participate in QBRs, performance reviews, and occasional partner events.
  • Support onboarding of new advertisers or business units within assigned partners as needed.

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic media, or related fields in client-facing or sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, media buying, and channel partner dynamics.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence both internal teams and partner stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and reporting on account performance.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated in a hybrid work environment.
