This is a role for a Sales Director who wants to shape what a market leader looks like at its next level of maturity.
What you will own
The opportunity
You will be joining a business that already has what most sales leaders spend years trying to build: a trusted brand, a loyal customer base, and a strong market position. The task is not to rebuild - it is to elevate.
You will bring modern enterprise sales thinking to a team with deep market knowledge, and create the conditions for that knowledge to be deployed more ambitiously. That means raising commercial standards, deepening executive relationships, and shifting the conversation with customers from operational to strategic.
The scope for growth, within the existing base and beyond it, is considerable. You will have the executive sponsorship, the autonomy, and the platform to pursue it.
