About The Role:
As a Sales Director (B2B), you will be responsible for leading and executing the company's business-to-business sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term client partnerships. You will oversee the sales team, manage key accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between revenue objectives and overall business goals.
What You Will Do:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy aligned with business goals
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Revenue Generation:

- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet revenue and profit targets
- Oversee pricing strategies, revenue streams, and profitability analysis
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, and business development teams
- Set KPIs and performance targets for the commercial teams
Partnerships and Client Relations:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure beneficial partnerships
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer trends
- Use insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge
Brand Development:
- Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
