We are looking for a commercially driven sales leader with proven leadership experience within the life sciences, proteomics, analytical instrumentation, or related sectors, who thrives operating as a player–manager.
You have a strong understanding of the LC-MS and proteomics ecosystem, have demonstrated experience managing regional sales teams and implementing scalable sales processes, and know how to drive performance across a distributor network. You’re self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and energised by building something from the ground up across a large, diverse region.
More about the Role
The Sales Director leads the development and execution of the regional go-to-market strategy across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East & Africa (APAC & MEA) regions. This role operates as a player-manager, combining strategic leadership with direct commercial engagement across key accounts and strategic opportunities within the region, and leads a China-based Field Application Specialist, all while overseeing the performance and growth of the company’s distributor network.
