Job Description

Are you a technology enthusiast and experienced sales leader, looking to make your career next move?

We are an international B2B high-tech company with an amazing team from all over the world. We are looking for a Sales Director to join our Americas team to achieve our growth goals in the region and grow our organization further.

Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director based in Germany, you will be leading the Americas Sales team (currently 9 team members based in Canada and the USA). You will be responsible for leading and executing our regional sales strategy and establishing a strong presence in the USA and Canada.

  • You will lead and identify short- and long-term revenue potential in industrial imaging throughout the Americas region
  • You will own responsibility for the regional sales forecasts
  • You will provide inspirational leadership to the Americas sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
  • You will develop and enable the sales team to succeed with challenger sales mentality in solution selling

The role is based in our office in Ottawa with the opportunity to work remotely.

Requirement

As our Sales Director Americas, you live and breathe our company core values and are passionate to make a meaningful impact.

  • You have gained 7 years of experience as a sales leader in the field of industrial imaging
  • You possess exceptional leadership skills
  • You have a strategical and growth mindset
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have an affinity for digitization and value working with a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce)
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
