The Sales Director - Accounts is a pivotal commercial role within Lendscape, responsible for both winning new business and growing the commercial footprint within existing customer accounts. Bridging the gap between new business development and strategic account management, this role drives revenue across the full customer lifecycle — from initial acquisition through to long-term expansion — contributing directly to the organisation's growth goals.
The role spans a defined market of nationwide small to mid-size equipment finance lenders, community banks, and enterprise financial services organisations, working alongside Customer Success, Marketing, and wider delivery teams to maximise commercial impact.
