We are seeking a proven Director/Leader in sales management and sales training to build and oversee a Region for our team. This opportunity has a significant opportunity for personal and financial growth.

FCX Performance is a leading provider of valves, instrumentation, pumps, specialty piping, filtration and steam equipment, serving diverse industries with innovative solutions. We specialize in both industrial and hygienic products.

Role Overview: As the Sales Director with Solares Controls (an FCX Performance company) you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our industrial sales team. You will be responsible for managing the sales processes, creating budgets, developing sales plans, and conducting joint calls with the sales team to foster growth and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate existing markets and explore new opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the industrial sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
• Budget Creation: Collaborate with senior management to create annual sales budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitor insights, and customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio, industry trends, and technological advancements to effectively position our solutions in the market.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans for growth.

We seek:

• Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on industrial products such as valves, instrumentation, filtration, and specialty pipe.·
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams and driving performance.·
• Manage and exceed P & L goals from sales, profit margins, territory development and customer development.
• Use your knowledge of the industrial marketplace, sales, and operations to lead multiple districts strategically and tactically.
• Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a focus on industrial products such as valves, instrumentation, pumps, and steam equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
