Title: Enterprise Sales Director – Telecom Service Orchestration & OSS
The Enterprise Sales Director leads regional sales execution for our productised Operations Support Systems (OSS) suite, driving revenue across fibre (FTTH), 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and cable/DOCSIS broadband operators.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling high-scale, automated service orchestration and device management platforms to Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 telecom operators. You will champion software suites that dramatically reduce operational costs (OpEx) for telcos by streamlining zero-touch provisioning, IP address management (IPAM), and next-generation in-home Wi-Fi architectures. This is a consultative, high-value software-sales role requiring deep familiarity with TM Forum open standards and cloud-native telecom ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Deal Execution
- Drive complex software sales cycles into major CSPs and broadband providers to meet and exceed annual quota targets.
- Pitch productised, modular OSS solutions that emphasise short time-to-market advantages (weeks vs. years) over legacy custom-built back-office systems.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder procurement across Telecom Engineering, Network Operations (NOC), Customer Care, and C-level technology executives.
Strategic Ecosystem Partnering
- Collaborate with strategic partners—including industry-leading BSS vendors, cloud infrastructure platforms, and global system integrators—to build comprehensive, integrated northbound and southbound telecom architectures.
- Engage with regional value-added resellers (VARs) to scale local market deployment footprint.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Translate complex technical platform features into concrete business value, showing operators how to cut subscriber churn and customer care burdens.
- Align client requirements with our core focus areas: unified digital experiences, automated fibre activation, and telco cloud automation.
Core Product Portfolio Focus
Your sales team will position and sell the following specialised platforms:
- Service Activation & Fulfillment: Modular service orchestration for rapidly monetising next-gen broadband services and automating delivery.
- Carrier-Grade Provisioning: High-performance provisioning platforms supporting multi-standard DOCSIS, fibre, and xDSL environments.
- TR-069 & TR-369 (USP) Device Management: Vendor-agnostic device management systems to monitor and control complex multi-vendor connected-home and Wi-Fi networks.
- IPAM & DHCP Automation: Centralised, automated carrier-grade DHCP and IP Address Management solutions to handle massive IPv4/IPv6 resource allocations.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Background
- 7+ years of proven B2B sales experience strictly within the telecommunications software or BSS/OSS industry.
- Demonstrated track record of closing complex, six- and seven-figure software license, SaaS, or managed services contracts with Tier-1/Tier-2 operators.
- Deep network of existing executive relationships within regional MSOs (Cable Operators), Telcos, and fibre alt-nets.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of telecom access networks, including FTTH/GPON, 5G FWA, Cable/DOCSIS, and Satellite broadband.
- Familiarity with industry standards, specifically TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Open APIs.
- Knowledge of modern network environments, such as cloud-native telco stacks, containerised workloads, and network function virtualisation (NFV).
