American House Bonita Springs is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Sales Director to lead occupancy growth in our premier 55+ Independent Living community.

As Sales Director, you will serve as the ambassador of our community, helping prospective residents envision a lifestyle filled with opportunity, wellness, and connection. Through relationship building, consultative selling, and exceptional customer experiences, you will guide prospects through one of life's most important decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy growth and revenue performance through effective lead management and sales execution.
  • Conduct personalized tours that highlight the active, independent lifestyle available at American House.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with local professionals, healthcare providers, realtors, financial planners, and community organizations.
  • Develop outreach strategies to connect with active adults throughout Southwest Florida.
  • Create memorable first impressions and exceptional experiences for prospective residents and families.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools and best practices.
  • Collaborate with community leadership to ensure seamless move-ins and resident satisfaction.
  • Represent American House at networking events, wellness fairs, social gatherings, and community outreach opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or senior living sales.
  • Experience in senior living, luxury hospitality, resort, real estate, healthcare, or lifestyle-focused sales preferred.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for wellness, active aging, and helping older adults live their best lives.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exceed goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting.
