Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in commercial print shops, in-plants, and marketing service providers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and client onboarding.
Analyse pipeline metrics and sales performance to continuously improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
Represent the business at trade shows, conferences, and industry events across North America.
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and insights to the executive team.
8+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or enterprise sales role.
Proven success selling SaaS, workflow automation, or print technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of the print industry, web-to-print, MIS, or prepress software is highly preferred.
Skilled in consultative selling, value-based conversations, and complex deal navigation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
