Job Description

We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead their sales department and drive the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate will develop strategic sales plans, establish strong client relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets and forecast sales targets accurately.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of international sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Previous experience in fintech is desirable.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Experience in strategic planning and business development.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
