My name is TapioLöfman, and I lead the Large Corporate Customers unit here at Telia. We are currently reshaping our organization and strengthening our sales focus, and I am now looking to expand our leadership team.

As aSalesDirector, you will lead a portfolio of majorprivate-sectorcorporate clients. You will take full ownership of the sales targets for your area, but your primary focus will be on your people.
You will help yourteamtonavigate complex enterprise accounts, improve large bid execution, and elevate their account management quality. Bymaintaininga strict sales focus-choosing the right clients, the right deals, and the right people-you will ensure a high-quality pipeline and drive significant business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and systematically coach a sales team of ~10 account directors towards top performance.
Take ownership of sales targets, pipeline management, and overall account management quality within the large corporate segment.
Activelyparticipatein client work and support your team in executing large bids and complex service sales.
Drive systematic sales excellence, emphasizing value-based sellingmethodologiesand deep customer understanding.
Ensure strong CRM discipline tomaintaindata quality and enable data-driven sales management.
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you need to be a visible, active leader who does not shy away from client work. You have a strongtrack recordin B2B corporate sales and have successfully navigated large, international matrix organizations. You are tech-savvy, highly strategic, and know how to prioritize effectively in a busy environment. Fluency in Finnish is critical for this role, along with the ability to confidently handle internal materials and communications in English.
Key experience:
5–7 years of strong sales background with proven B2B corporate (enterprise) experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience directly leading and coaching sales teams
Systematic sales leadership skills with a deep understanding of pipeline management and value-based selling methodologies.
Proven ability tooperateand drive change within a large, complex international matrix organization.
GoodCRM discipline, with mandatory conceptual understanding and daily usage of Salesforce.
Fluency in Finnish and strong workingproficiencyin English.
Experience in the IT/technology services sector, telecommunications, systems integrators, or cybersecurity vendors is considered a strong plus.
