The Role
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s commercial strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels and international markets. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring the business maintains its competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and nurture relationships with key retail, wholesale, and e-commerce partners across domestic and global markets.
Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion initiatives in line with company objectives.
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure a seamless commercial strategy.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the FMCG sector.
