Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Salary: CN¥600,000 – CN¥1,000,000 per year (Approx. US$86,000 – US$143,000)

As Country Sales Director, you will lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and drive business growth in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Country General Manager, you will oversee a team of 5–6 Key Account Managers and play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions to major industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing strategic advice.
  • Solution Development: Design customized procurement solutions for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) needs, ensuring seamless service from demand analysis to after-sales support.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the industrial sector.
  • Team Management: Coach and mentor your team to enhance performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine strategies and maintain a strong competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher; Industrial Engineering or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales; MRO industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to adapt to market changes.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; Malay language skills are an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software.
