Location: Malaga, Spain

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to manage and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating new business opportunities and driving advertiser acquisition.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, optimizing sales performance, and delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDRs through coaching, performance management, and regular one-to-one meetings.

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone channels.

  • Monitor and improve key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline generation, meetings booked, and activity levels.

  • Drive the adoption and optimization of sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless lead qualification and handover processes.

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on pipeline performance, team productivity, and business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.

  • At least 2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales team.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM and sales engagement tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

  • Fluency in English and French/Italian is essential.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.

Salary 35/40K plus benefits/bonuses
