Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: West Region

Job Functions

EOS is looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The goal is to develop the SDR into high performing Area Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing, sales and Additive Mind’s consultancy to create and execute on inbound / outbound lead generation campaigns. This position requires heavy phone calling, qualification, consultative selling skills and tight collaboration with the Area Sales Managers to generate new opportunities. The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the AM industry in general. This is not a silo position. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales team, work in a dynamic environment proactively to drive overall sales performance.

What You Will be Doing:

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for EOS Additive Manufacturing Technologies.
• Quickly learn the EOS products, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
• Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums.
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
• Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers in Salesforce.
• Strategize with Area Sales Mangers to target prospect accounts to build pipeline.
• Shadow Area Sales Managers in meetings and other activities, when possible, to help you acquire the skills you’ll need for next role on the EOS sales team.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a sales / sales development role with proven capabilities in account development and awareness of the buyer journey, sales process, and the stakeholders involved.
• Passionate about customerssaticfaction with exceptional relationship building skills.
• Excited by technology, curious and eager to learn more about Additive Manufacturing.
• An effective listener, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of resilience, with the ability to bounce back after setbacks or rejection - it's a key part of the job which makes it such an exciting challenge!
• Tenacious and driven, with a competitive personality, thrives in a fast paced environment.
• Ambitious, dedicated to continuous learning and personal development. Receptive to feedback and willingness to adapt
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail in all areas of work.
• A team player who collaborates effectively as part of a high performing team, helping teammates and celebrating team success.
