David Kennedy Recruitment is searching for a Vietnamese speaking Sales Development Representative, to join our client's team in Sofia, Bulgaria

Position: Sales Development Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage relationships with merchants and develop a strong understanding of their business needs

• Identify suitable advertising and promotional solutions based on merchant objectives

• Proactively engage with clients through outbound calls and emails to generate sales opportunities

• Educate merchants on the benefits and potential impact of advertising and promotional campaigns

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets

• Provide recommendations and solutions designed to increase merchant sales and customer satisfaction

• Manage and support specific advertising and promotional campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation

• Analyse available performance data and dashboards to support commercial decisions

• Maintain a proactive, consultative approach throughout the sales process

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• C1/C2 or native-level proficiency in Vietnamese

• C1/C2 or native-level proficiency in English

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience

• Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, pre-sales or an advertising agency environment

• Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Analytical approach with strong decision-making skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Degree in Business Operations, Business Administration, Business Communication, Computer Science or a related field.
