Job Description

Quicklizard is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in the USA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. As an SDR, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients and contribute to the overall success of Quicklizard's innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads by conducting initial outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to assess their needs and interests.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to drive the sales process forward.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback to improve the sales process and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to track leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to lead generation.
