As our new Sales Development Representative, you will take the front seat in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and booking meetings that support our Account Executives on the US market.

As our new Sales Development Representative, you will…

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various methods

  • Strategically target accounts and build tailored outbound sequences

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and optimize prospecting strategies

  • Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce)

  • Stay up to date with SaaS and industry trends relevant to the US construction sector

We believe that you …

  • Have 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar

  • Are comfortable with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce

  • Are an enthusiastic, relationship-focused communicator with resilience and drive

  • Are not afraid to pick up the phone or explore creative strategies to generate new leads

  • Have a post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent.

  • Are fluent in English (native level)

  • Willingness to travel to events and exhibitions on behalf of the company.

Extra awesome (or for you to learn)

  • Knowledge of the building or sustainability industry

  • Previous experience in a SaaS company.
