We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to act as the frontline for a major client in the Sustainable Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound activity, averaging 50 calls per day to engage key decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and secure at least 10 high-quality outbound opportunities per month.
• Utilize Salesforce to meticulously manage your pipeline and track prospect interactions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Sustainable Energy project, articulating complex value propositions clearly.
• Collaborate with internal managers to refine pitches and improve conversion rates through continuous feedback loops.

Requirements

• Highly coachable with a genuine desire to learn and implement proven sales methodologies.

• Affable and professional communication style with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• High level of curiosity and the determination to overcome objections.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in the Sustainable Energy or Renewables sector.
• Previous experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
