At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Sales team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of qualify opportunities, you'll be in charge of prospect, engage and qualify leads.

What you'll do 📝

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business needs.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve prospect engagement.
• Track activities, pipeline progress, and prospect information using CRM tools.
• Experiment with new prospecting approaches and continuously improve conversion rates.

• Build Connections: Forge strong bonds with your team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Outbound Lead Generation, Account Executives, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Be Bold & Creative: Execute engaging, multi-touch campaigns across channels like email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and cold calling. Your creativity will make an impact!
• Languages: Native Spanish speaker with at least a B2 level of English (written and spoken).
• Tech Enthusiasm: Passionate about HR and technology, with a love for digital innovation.
