At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the Spanish Market to help us boost the company to the next level. 🦄

The Role 📜

As an SDR at Factorial, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales process. You’ll be at the frontline of identifying and qualifying opportunities, whether generated by you, through marketing initiatives, or from our incredible Outbound Lead Generation team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage Leads: Execute multi-touch and multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling) to connect with prospects.

  • Qualify Opportunities: Qualify leads and book them to our Account Executives (AEs) to close the deal.

  • Master Sales Skills: Learn on the job with plenty of support, training, and tools in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Your responsabilities:

  • Master the Essentials Dive deep into understanding our clients, Factorial’s messaging, and our awesome products—become an expert!

  • Learn the Tools of the Trade Get hands-on with the best tools for success-profiling tools, sales automation platforms, CRM, scripts, and sequencing frameworks.

  • Own Your Goals Crush your monthly targets (or go beyond!)—your ambition is the limit.

  • Build Connections Forge strong bonds with your team and collaborate closely with colleagues across Outbound Lead Generation, Account Executives, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Understand the Market Stay curious! Take every chance to learn about the market, the HR industry, and our business.

  • Be Bold & Creative Execute engaging, multi-touch campaigns across channels like email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, and cold calling. Your creativity will make an impact!

Your Profile 🧐

  • Languages Native Spanish speaker with at least a B2 level of English (written and spoken).

  • Tech Enthusiasm Passionate about HR and technology, with a love for digital innovation.

  • Proactive Communicator Confident and fearless on the phone.
