
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Residential Solar team. This role is responsible for generating qualified homeowner appointments for Solar Account Managers through high-volume outbound/inbound prospecting and lead qualification.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel pipeline by engaging prospective customers, educating them on the benefits of residential solar, and scheduling qualified consultations. This position is focused on outbound calling, inbound lead management, follow-up communication, and appointment pipeline development. This role does not carry closing or full-cycle sales responsibilities and is focused exclusively on pipeline generation and appointment setting.

Salary Range:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for sales commission.
