Job Description

We seek a Sales Development Representative, to drive sales conversions for our client's Small & Medium Business (SMB) and Commercial segments. Your primary focus will be building and managing customer relationships in Indonesia, contributing to international market expansion efforts, and supporting both inbound and outbound sales teams. This is a hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the sales conversion process for Small & Medium Businesses (SMB).
  • Develop and manage relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in Indonesia.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Research and build over 40 cold accounts daily (e.g., adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling).
  • Support inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients.
  • Contribute to international market expansion efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer support, partnership, and training teams across various regions, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil.
  • Stay updated on the SaaS landscape and effectively communicate the platform's value.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English are preferred.
  • Hungry, driven, and coachable attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Prior marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to start immediately.
