Sales Team Vision:

• We are building a leadership factory. Meaning - we are looking for reps to come in and prove themselves, develop skills, and move fast in their career.
• We aim to promote only from within. You have to prove you can set, before you can close. And once you do (and become a top rep) we are looking to develop you further.
• We’ve had sales reps go from setter to closer, closer to senior leadership, and pretty much everywhere in-between.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities:

• High work ethic (Monday-Saturday work schedule)
• Follow our proven sales process
• Train with your coach daily
• 200+ Dials per day
• Manage your pipeline & follow up properly
• Admin work for data collection
• Be a team player

Results:

• 5 sets per day
• 70% show rate
• Minimum of 13 closes per month

Requirements:

• 6mo+ experience in an SDR/BDR role OR sold products for your own business
• Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
• Open to learning new processes in sales
• Exceptional over the phone
• Excellent communication skills

Location:

• Remote, USA (option to re-locate for top performer)
• Acquisition.com is authorized to hire in the following states:

Compensation:

• $15.50 Hourly Rate + Overtime + Uncapped Commission
• OTE $88k - $145k

Commission Structure:

• Our commission structure rewards performance. As you close more accounts, your commission per deal increases per month.
• 0–10 accounts: $315 per account
• 11–18 accounts: $450 per account
• 19–30 accounts: $600 per account
• 31+ accounts: $700 per account
• We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded accordingly. The more value you create, the more you earn.
