🌟 Role Overview

Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to take on a high-impact role building pipeline from scratch? 8020REI is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a driving force in our sales engine. You will be at the forefront of our growth, taking ownership of outbound prospecting, cold calling into new markets, and converting cold contacts into qualified opportunities, while also re-engaging warm leads and optimizing our nurturing strategy.

👨‍💻 👩‍💻 Key Responsibilities

• Cold Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, strategic cold calling and multi-channel outreach to build net-new pipeline from scratch. Apply strong message discipline and ICP alignment to convert cold contacts into qualified opportunities.
• Warm Lead Re-Engagement: Run targeted outreach strategies to re-engage warm leads (e.g., past demo requests, stalled deals, previously interested prospects) and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Expert-Level Qualification: Go beyond the script to conduct in-depth discovery, referencing past interactions and prospect research to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile and genuine buying intent.
• Process Optimization & Playbook Development: Proactively identify opportunities to improve outbound and nurturing processes. Develop, refine, and document playbooks and outreach sequences for both cold and warm outreach.
• Deal Support & Acceleration: Partner with Account Executives on follow-up for key deals and provide insights to help accelerate the sales cycle.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze outreach and campaign performance data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and continually improve conversion rates across cold and warm pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quota, particularly in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is required.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C2 or Native level required), with a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level prospects from a cold start.
• Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient. You're a strategic thinker who views challenges as opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Proven experience in creating and refining sales playbooks for lead nurturing.
• Formal or informal experience mentoring junior sales professionals.
• Experience working with U.S clients
