VIDIZMO is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us build new pipeline across the United States. If you have 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience, communicate in English with clarity and confidence, and enjoy starting conversations with new prospects every day, we'd like to meet you. You'll generate new business by engaging end customers directly and by working alongside our channel partners. You'll book meetings with the right decision-makers, validate that there is a genuine need, and hand well-qualified opportunities to our account team, using AI tools to speed up your research, preparation and follow-up.

Customers can buy through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.

AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot are part of our daily work, and we expect you to use them effectively. You are accountable for checking anything AI helps you produce for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and you own the final output.

What You'll Do

• Engage end customers and partners every day by phone and message, working through a prioritized call list.
• Dedicate at least two hours each day to live conversations with new prospects and partners.
• Book meetings with key decision-makers and confirm there is a genuine need.
• Turn qualified interest into opportunities and hand them to the account team with a clear summary.
• Register partner opportunities the same day you identify them, and onboard a new partner when a deal calls for one.
• Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the day it takes place.
• Use Claude or a comparable AI assistant every day to research prospects, prepare for calls, draft outreach and follow up.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English that US buyers can easily follow on calls.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound business development, sales development, lead generation or inside sales, or strong evidence that you can do the job.
• Comfort with high call volumes and with hearing "no."
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.
• A habit of logging every call and meeting the same day.
• A track record of using AI to automate your own routine work, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Please share an example of something you've automated.
• Experience selling a SaaS product or service to US buyers, including outbound cold calling, is strongly preferred.
• Able to make this a full-time commitment, without concurrent freelance work or outside business ventures.
• Current US residence and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
