We are hiring Sales Development Representatives for a fast growing US based PEO brokerage, working fully remotely from South Africa. The company helps US businesses stop overpaying on their employee benefits by running a competitive bid across a large network of providers at renewal.
Your job is to turn outreach and cold calls into booked 20 minute renewal reviews for the founder with CFOs, HR leaders and business owners. This is a high performance outbound role on a small, elite team. You are measured on results, coached directly by the founder, and paid well for booking quality meetings that show up and fit.
Full time, Monday to Friday, on US Central business hours. In South African time that is 15:00 to 23:00 until the US clocks change on 1 November 2026, then 16:00 to 00:00. This is a fully remote, work from home role, so a professional home setup and a reliable load shedding plan are essential.
This role suits competitive, self driven people who want to be measured and rewarded on results. It is not a fit if you want a strict nine to five, need a script to make calls, see sales as a stepping stone to something else, or struggle with direct feedback.
