We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in the recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition industry to drive outbound lead generation and create new business opportunities.
This is a call-first outbound role. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be expected to make a high volume of daily outbound calls, engage prospects live, handle objections, and consistently create pipeline. Success in this role requires comfort with daily cold calling, fast follow-up, and consistent activity discipline. You will engage HR leaders, hiring managers, recruiters, and business executives to uncover hiring needs and introduce tailored recruitment solutions.
