At Keepit, our platform gives customers an immutable, historical archive of their data in systems such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. We protect our customers against everything from ransomware to simple accidents, and we pride ourselves on backing up hundreds of petabytes of data in a performant, reliable, and predictable way.

We're growing fast, and now we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team in Dallas and help bring Keepit's solutions to more businesses across the US.

You'll work alongside an ambitious, international sales team, collaborating with colleagues across the US and our global SDR organization. We value people who take initiative, share ideas, and support one another. About the role

As an SDR, you'll be one of the first people prospective customers meet at Keepit. You'll start conversations, discover potential opportunities, and help businesses understand how Keepit can protect their data.

It's a role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and gets satisfaction from turning a first conversation into a real business opportunity.

You will:

• Generate pipeline and product awareness through outbound cold calling, social media, and email marketing.
• Research potential customers and connect with relevant decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Sales and the global SDR team.
• Keep prospect activity and follow-ups organised in our CRM.

About you

The must-haves:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in building relationships.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive mindset, resilience, and a sense of ownership.
• Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and motivation to work toward goals.

Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a similar role is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone eager to learn, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated to grow.

The tools you'll use

• You'll work with tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Qualified to research prospects, manage outreach, and build pipeline.
