Job Description

IBMC is assisting a client in hiring a dynamic commercial pioneer. Our client is a premium ceremonial cacao brand rooted in Indonesia. Working directly with family farmers in Flores, they produce exceptional ceremonial cacao with total traceability from tree to cup. Their mission is to establish ceremonial cacao as a premium, intentional drink experience across luxury cafés, restaurants, wellness sanctuaries, and lifestyle spaces worldwide. As they scale their global distribution footprint, primarily focusing on B2B customers in Europe, they are seeking an ambitious, analytical, and proactive specialist to power their lead generation engine.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and highly communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join this rapidly growing sales team. Working closely with the Co-founder, your core mission is to source, qualify, and nurture high-potential B2B leads to build a healthy, consistent pipeline. This unique role combines strategic research, personalized multi-channel outreach, and rigorous CRM management. You will act as the crucial bridge that identifies global business opportunities and turns cold connections into warm, scheduled sales calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Opportunity Origination: Identify and qualify potential B2B customer groups (including online shops, chocolate makers, Horeca, yoga studios, and concept stores). Utilize tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and ChatGPT to research contact data according to the ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Outreach & Activation Campaigns: Run personalized, research-driven outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Consistently follow up with prospects to seamlessly convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into scheduled sales calls.
  • Pipeline & CRM Governance: Maintain meticulous, daily updates of the Pipedrive CRM. Track revenue, product quantities, and contract statuses across separate opportunity and deal pipelines, moving leads through stages based on data and concrete next steps rather than intuition.
  • Sales Support & Asset Creation: Support the creation and updating of vital commercial assets, including pricing sheets, product PDFs, pitch decks, newsletter flows, and digital contract templates (DocuSign).
  • Closing Support & Reporting: Prepare contracts and order forms to ensure seamless handovers to the closing stage. Provide daily and weekly reporting on core activity metrics, KPIs, revenue forecasting, and inventory stock availability.

Success Expectations (First 3 Months)

Month 1

  • Focus: Training, CRM setup, lead pipeline building
  • Target Output: 200–300 researched leads, 40–60 outreach/week

Month 2

  • Focus: Activation & follow-ups
  • Target Output: 20–30 SQL/month

Month 3

  • Focus: Deal support & revenue generation
  • Target Output: 5-10 closed accounts/month (scalable)

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in sales, lead generation, cold outreach, customer service, or high-touch hospitality.
  • Language Mastery: Highly fluent in English with exceptional written and spoken communication skills, confident in engaging international B2B clients.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable and efficient utilizing modern sales tech stacks, CRM platforms (like Pipedrive), and AI chat tools to optimize workflow speed.
  • Core Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, persistent with follow-ups, and capable of working independently to hit target KPIs.
  • Interests: A strong appreciation for specialty food, sustainable agriculture, or the global wellness industry is highly valued.
  • Education:A background or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or Communications is a major plus but not mandatory.

Benefits

  • Join a rapidly growing, high-vibe premium conscious brand with a sustainable global footprint.
  • Work directly with the company’s Co-founder, gaining invaluable entrepreneurial and international trade experience.
  • Highly flexible and dynamic work environment with high autonomy.
  • Attractive, performance-based career advancement opportunities as the sales operation expands.
