Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Cape Town (Gardens)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (UK hours)
Work Model: Office-based
Salary: Up to R26,000 per month + commission
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing SaaS business transforming UK healthcare through innovative automation solutions.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will identify, engage, and qualify leads across UK GP practices, Primary Care Networks, and Federations, scheduling high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients within the UK healthcare sector
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social selling
- Qualify opportunities based on client needs and readiness
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
- Stay informed on NHS trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve outreach effectiveness
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
- SaaS, tech, healthcare, or B2B sales experience advantageous
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability
