Become a part of a groundbreaking AI-driven digital reputation management platform as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this crucial position, you will take charge of market penetration and substantial revenue growth by managing the entire pipeline—from initial outreach to scheduling demos—for large enterprise and mid-market accounts across India and the MENA region. Your efforts will play a key role in transforming local business growth for clients by improving their online reputation and local SEO strategies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to scheduling demos, concentrating on securing large Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts throughout India and MENA.
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
  • Create strategic Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) lists, analyze complex accounts, and develop tailored Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for key enterprise sectors.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of client challenges such as Local SEO, customer experience, and Online Reputation Management (ORM) and provide customized, AI-driven solutions through consultative selling.
  • Work closely with founders and product leaders to relay essential market insights that influence sales strategy, product development, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Utilize professional networks to expedite pipeline creation and establish valuable partnerships.
  • Apply sales data and insights to continuously enhance targeting, positioning, and forecasting approaches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1.5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably targeting Enterprise and Mid-Market clients.
  • Proven ability to identify and close large, complex deals with high Annual Contract Value (ACV).
  • Strong skills in engaging and influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver compelling pitches and storytelling for technical SaaS solutions.
  • Self-motivated, highly target-driven, and capable of thriving in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment with inherent uncertainties.
  • Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Local SEO, or Online Reputation Management (ORM) is an added advantage.
