Job Description

Our client offers your leading solution for stress-free cybersecurity compliance and awareness. We are trusted by the world's biggest brands including but not limited to: Emirates Airlines, American Express, Bupa and others. We help companies with their security compliance requirements and programs. The client is currently investing significant resources to drive successful revenue growth across its Enterprise GRC and Awareness Platform offerings. Sales Development Representatives have a critical role in providing customer acquisition.

Requirements
Min 2-4 years experience in B2B SaaS business.

  • A good understanding of the sales process.
  • Champion mindset.
  • Quick learner of IT concepts and software.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers and generate your own leads.
  • Attend to inbound leads.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding set monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Delivering outstanding discovery/sales demonstration meetings.
  • Delivering outstanding product demonstrations.
  • Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow's CRM system.
  • Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc.
  • Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate.
  • Any other duties as directed by your line manager.

We are looking for someone with

  • Belief in our core product offerings.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Knowledge of the sales processes and /or customer success processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Must-haves

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS applications. This should either be direct work experience in the space or deep personal interest coupled with work experience on an innovative B2B SaaS product or service.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an account management or customer success role.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • University degree.
  • Proven track record of hitting set KPIs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within the GRC field and/or SaaS offerings.
  • Been part of fast-growing start-ups in the tech industry before.
  • Knowledge of the Cyber security GRC market.

Key Outcomes & Metrics

  • Team and company progress is measured in monthly OKRs.
  • Monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
