Job Description

Break Into Tech Sales — Get Paid to Learn (Fully Remote)

No sales experience? No problem. If you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to build a real career—this is your way in.

SV Academy is hiring future Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join a fully remote, high-growth Employer Partner through our Residency Program. You’ll get trained, paid, and supported—while doing the actual job.

What This Actually Looks Like

  • 2 weeks of free, hands-on sales training
  • Followed by a full-time, paid 12-week remote Residency
  • Real work. Real team. Real expectations
  • Ongoing coaching so you don’t get stuck or fall behind

This isn’t a course you finish and hope for the best. This is learn → apply → get hired.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reach out to potential customers via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research companies and decision-makers (you’ll learn how)
  • Book meetings for the sales team
  • Track your work and improve your approach using real data
  • Work toward clear goals and build habits that top performers rely on

What You’ll Learn (Fast)

  • How to confidently talk to strangers
  • How to handle rejection without losing momentum
  • How to use tools like Salesforce and modern sales platforms
  • How high-performing sales teams actually operate
  • How to build pipeline (the skill that drives career growth)

Who This Is For

  • You’re serious about starting a career—not just exploring options
  • You’re willing to be uncomfortable while you learn
  • You take feedback and apply it
  • You can stay focused and accountable in a remote environment
  • You want a role where effort directly impacts results

What You Get

  • Paid, full-time remote role during Residency
  • Coaching and support throughout the program
  • Real experience with a high-growth company
  • A clear path into a long-term sales career

About ScenicView Academy

ScenicView Academy is a nonprofit transitional school for young adults with autism or other learning differences (ADHD, Executive Functioning Deficits, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, or Dysgraphia). We help students: progress in their academic abilities, obtain and maintain gainful employment, live independently, manage health and fitness needs, engage in productive leisure time, and engage in meaningful social relationships. We offer individualized programming, case management, clinical services, education, employment, and recreational therapy. ScenicView Academy celebrates neurodiversity and helps students identify the unique strengths and weaknesses that can accompany their diagnosis. We provides a safe, supportive environment where students with learning differences can make choices, learn skills, and build confidence as they take on adult roles and independent living responsibilities.
