As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first contact for all inbound and scored Leads and will as well actively reach out to target personas within our ideal customer profile. To be a successful Sales Development Representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching and qualifying leads, starting new relationships, and connecting prospects with the right salesperson.

Responsibilities
Creating relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Present product information to prospects once you have identified their needs.
Market our offering during tradeshow and events to prospects and partners
Moving solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
Following up with prospects who expressed interest but did not purchase yet.
Network through prospect hierarchies to find the right decision makers who see value in our products value propositions.
Apply and improve your sales operations abilities using our Hubspot CRM system
Achieve pipeline targets and KPIs to ensure predictability, data quality, and accountability in the sales process.

Loves to work with prospects and customers
Proven history of SME/Enterprise software sales to a wide variety of verticals in the DACH region and internationally
Successful experience in SaaS sales
Experience in the Microsoft M365 ecosystem is a plus
Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Have perfect written and spoken German and strong English communication skills, other languages are a plus
Strong work ethic with a desire to exceed targets and ability to build efficient and long-lasting processes
Lives and works in Munich
Strong sales acumen and track record of attaining quota – you know how to navigate tough conversations and turn it into a win-win for all
