We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll contribute directly to our commercial growth across the DACH market.

Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities across our existing customer base and qualified prospects
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and other channels
Qualify customer needs and schedule meetings for Account Managers
Create personalized customer outreach
Maintain accurate records and activities in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with Account Managers to drive pipeline growth
Leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
Comfortable working towards targets and performance metrics
Well-organized with strong CRM discipline
Experience working with Salesforce is strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
