We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the first step of the sales process - identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and opening doors for our Account Executives. As the first human touchpoint for prospects, you will play an important role in building a predictable sales pipeline through meaningful outreaches If you love initiating conversations, creating opportunities, and being the bridge between Marketing and Sales, this role is for you!
For this particular position we are looking for someone who can work from our Berlin office in a hybrid setup.
Identify and research potential new customers in the healthcare sector
Conduct cold calls, send outbound emails, and use LinkedIn to generate interest
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the Sales Team
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
Provide valuable market and customer feedback to improve our approach
Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and customer feedback to continuously improve your sales strategy.
First experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech environments
Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally
Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution
Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand
Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
Fluent in German (C2), to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English.
Based in/close to Berlin - or willing to relocate.
