This role is focused on outbound prospecting and lead generation You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the closing team.

This is a high-performance, target-driven role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable with cold outreach.

• Conduct outbound prospecting via:
• Cold calls
• LinkedIn outreach
• Email campaigns

• Identify and engage decision-makers
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Book meetings for the internal sales team
• Maintain accurate CRM tracking and activity logs
• Consistently meet and exceed outreach and booking targets

Requirements

⭐ Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish + English (mandatory)
• Previous experience in:
• SDR / BDR / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable handling cold calls and objections
• Self-driven and performance-oriented
• Experience using tools like LinkedIn / CRM is a plus
