This is a high-impact remote sales role designed for an ambitious professional who thrives on outbound prospecting and wants to master complex, technical solutions within the industrial sector. You will join a leading UK-based technology provider that streamlines coding, marking, and labelling operations for manufacturers across Europe. You will own the top-of-funnel activity, booking high-quality meetings that fuel revenue growth while learning the nuances of industrial hardware and SaaS sales. This role offers the stability of a mature organization combined with the agility and career trajectory of a high-growth scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and social selling.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within the manufacturing and industrial sectors across the UK and Europe.
• Qualify leads through rigorous discovery to ensure a strong fit for the company’s hardware and software solutions.
• Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring meticulous documentation of all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales team to transition qualified opportunities and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to meetings booked and sales-qualified opportunities generated.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or a remote SDR role.
• Proven track record of success in cold calling and professional objection handling at scale.
• Previous experience selling industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or complex technical B2B solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to communicate effectively with UK-based buyers.
• Proactive, resilient, and professional mindset—you are someone who bounces back quickly and stays solutions-focused.
• Proficiency with modern CRM tools and a disciplined approach to remote work.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in a "Full Sales Cycle" capacity or an "Elite" SDR background.
• Familiarity with the coding, marking, or labeling industry.
• Proficiency in a second European language.
