Your Role

As an SDR, you will play a key role in our sales team, helping to generate qualified pipeline for the Italian market through a mix of inbound management and postbound prospecting
You will own the first commercial touchpoint with many of our highest-potential prospects, combining speed, curiosity, and a consultative approach to turn demand into real business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inbound & Postbound Pipeline Generation: Manage incoming leads and quickly qualify them, while also driving proactive outreach to warm prospects, re-engaging existing interest, and identifying high-potential opportunities within our demand ecosystem.

  • Consultative Discovery: Engage with HR Managers, CEOs, and other key stakeholders to understand their challenges, needs, and priorities, and position the value of our solution accordingly.

  • Multichannel Outreach: Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to build relationships, create momentum, and generate qualified meetings.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to improve conversion throughout the sales cycle and ensure the best possible customer experience.

  • Qualification Strategy & Optimization: Analyze prospect information, refine outreach and qualification approaches, and contribute ideas that improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.

  • CRM & Process Excellence: Use tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, and other sales software to manage activity, track performance, and maintain a high-quality workflow.

  • Follow-up & Nurturing: Maintain consistent communication with leads throughout the decision-making journey to keep them engaged and moving forward.

What We Are Looking for in You 🧐

To be the ideal candidate, you’ll identify with these characteristics:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or other sales role, preferably in a SaaS or digital environment.

  • Languages: Excellent proficiency in Italian and professional English We are international!

  • Location: Living in Barcelona to work on-site in our dynamic international office.

  • Commercial Mindset: Comfortable working in a role that combines inbound qualification with proactive outreach.

  • Consultative Approach: Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into relevant value.

  • Communication Skills: Confident and persuasive communicator across phone, email, and written interactions.

  • Motivation & Ownership: Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take responsibility for your pipeline and results.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Energized by working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve and every day brings new challenges.

  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs such as HubSpot, Aircall, and automation software.
