ABOUT THE ROLE

As a
Sales Development Representative

, you’ll play a key role in accelerating growth by engaging directly with leads, qualifying opportunities, and shaping the early stages of the sales funnel. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced marketers and sales partners, run experiments to refine outreach, and contribute to the evolution of an agile, metrics-driven sales process. This new role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and influence how we convert interest into high-quality business conversations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Reply to leads via emails, social media messages, and other communication channels to generate interest and qualify leads;

  • Engage with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, challenges, and budget to determine qualification;

  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the Client Partner team with qualified prospects;

  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest and nurture them through the sales funnel, including internal follow-ups on lead status;

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the company’s CRM;

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads;

  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-directed learning;

  • Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and SLA, providing regular reports to management.

MUST HAVES

  • 2+ years

    in sales development positions;

  • 2+ years

    of experience in B2B companies;

  • CRM hands-on experience;

  • Strong Communication Skills;

  • Eagerness to learn;

  • Basic Sales Skills;

  • Resilience and persistence;

  • Ability to learn quickly;

  • Strong sales acumen;

  • Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced university student;

  • Tech Savvy.
