And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Goal:

Hiring a virtual assistant to take on the role of a sales caller responsible for outbound phone calls to secure hosts for classes. These classes are free and aim to increase the frequency of educational sessions across the country. The VA needs to effectively manage and follow up on bookings, leveraging their skills in phone communication and familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram. The sales process is simple due to the classes being free, but requires diligence in follow-up and maintaining relationships with hosts.

Key Tasks:

1) Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions.

2) Maintain and follow up with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept, and cancellations are minimized.

3) Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• 5 years of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details

Tools / Platforms:

1) Lead Attendance software (internal tool)

2) Instagram

3) Google Search Tools and CRM systems, potentially Dialpad

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Assistant's Schedule: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time

Salary up to PHP 65,000/month plus HMO
