Job Description

Are you passionate about building predictable sales pipelines and driving lead generation strategies in international markets? Do you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to optimize processes through automation? If so, we are looking for an experienced SDR to help scale our outbound efforts and qualify high-quality leads for our sales team!

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify and engage new B2B leads in English-speaking markets.
  • Design, launch, and manage outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify leads, handle objections, and transfer SQLs to the sales team.
  • Analyze lead quality and optimize qualification frameworks.

Outreach & Engagement

  • Manage inbound responses, nurture prospects, and ensure seamless handover.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve outreach strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance campaign performance metrics.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Implement and refine automated workflows for lead generation.
  • Build lead lists based on hypotheses and business objectives.
  • Improve efficiency and predictability of the sales funnel.

Expected Outcomes

  • Automated and scalable lead generation processes.
  • A consistent pipeline of high-quality SQLs.
  • Improved conversion rates from first touch to booked meetings.
  • Optimized campaign metrics and predictable sales funnel performance.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English-speaking markets.
  • Proven success in developing and executing outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with automated outreach tools (email and LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes.
  • Deep understanding of organizational structures and IT industry trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
