Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

Weekly Base = $650 + Commissions Paid for Scheduled Meetings/New Enrollments.

OTE is $80k (base + variable)

New Reach offers online courses to those interested in learning about financial freedom. These courses range from Wholesaling to Investing to Publishing, and offer our students a unique and hands-on experience to grow their network, skills and abilities, while utilizing industry experts to make the experience relevant, fruitful and fun!

We’re looking for an energetic, persuasive, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative who can connect with prospective students, understand their goals, and help them choose the Top Tier program that best fits their vision.

This is a remote, independent sales opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, confidently secures meetings, and is motivated by the ability to control their earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective students who are interested in starting or advancing a career in real estate investing.
• You will dial 400 numbers per day (using parallel dialing)
• The Test: You’ll hear ”No” 99 times, keep your energy high, and book the meeting on the 100th call.
• Work core hours of 8:30 AM - 5 PM AZ time. (Some Flex Time is Available.)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years experience with high velocity calling, enrollment, admissions, coaching, real estate, or high-ticket experience is required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Someone that is tech savvy. (Experience with CRMs & Dialers.)
• Unshakeable Grit: You don’t take rejection personally; you take it professionally.
• Voice Command: You speak native-level English with a clear, neutral accent. You sound like a high-level consultant, not a telemarketer.
• Confidence discussing premium educational programs.
• A motivated, goal-oriented personality with excellent follow-through
• Comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline
• Someone that has a quiet home environment with stable power & high speed internet.
• Ability to connect with people from different professional backgrounds
• Experience with CRM platforms, phone etiquette, or virtual consultations is a plus
• Familiarity with real estate or transaction coordination is helpful but not required

Compensation

• $650 weekly base compensation
• Additional performance-based commissions.
• Average projected total earnings of approximately $1,100 per week
• Opportunity to earn more based on individual performance

Projected earnings are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual compensation will depend on individual performance and scheduled meetings and those calls closed..
