Job Description

CCBill is an online payment services provider used by more than 30,000 websites globally that supports the needs of both new and established businesses in the e-commerce and online space. Typical projects on the CCBill side include integration with new processors, improving reporting, and enhancement of systems that can handle high-volume transactions with high availability over 3 satellites in Phoenix, Ashburn and the Netherlands. You will have the opportunity to work on both existing and new products and features.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact with every prospect wanting to learn more about CCBill’s merchant services. The objective of the SDR is to qualify prospects and provide relevant solutions based on CCBill’s offerings and the prospect’s needs. The goal of the compensation plan is to motivate and reward a company-first perspective aimed at closing new business and generating positive revenue growth.

Location: Serbia

Working hours (two job openings):

  • Shift 1: 4am-12pm MST
  • Shift 2: 8am-4pm MST

Key Job Requirements:

  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain high engagement levels and meet internal response time SLAs.
  • Execute discovery calls focused on uncovering merchant pain points and business objectives rather than lead-off feature pitching.
  • Manage and document all activity within Pipedrive, ensuring lead status, contact history, and qualification notes are current and actionable.
  • Conduct initial risk and compliance screening to ensure prospective merchants align with CCBill’s acceptable use policies and card network standards.
  • Transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives by providing a detailed briefing on the prospect's "reason for change" and potential ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine lead scoring criteria and provide insights into the effectiveness of current inbound campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prefferably 1–2 years of experience in an inbound sales development or lead qualification role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar CRM systems, including experience managing lead statuses and sales activities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to conduct deep discovery calls and articulate value propositions.
  • Basic understanding of merchant services, credit card processing, or payment compliance standards.
  • Experience in using digital writing and productivity aids to maintain a high standard of professional outreach.
  • A self-starter with a disciplined mentality for qualifying leads and a commitment to continuous learning in the payments space.
